Copyright Infringement by Five Star Graphics

I’m normally not the type of person to get this irked over something like this, but this place 5 Star Graphic Design outright stole my background that I CUSTOM created and are using it on their blog! I cannot believe the audacity of someone to do this.  I never gave them permission to use my work and I know this is my background because I painstakingly created this swatch in illustrator with my custom colors for my site!  I will NOT give them a link to my site, but this so called business is not very professional by doing this.

    An update:
    Supposedly it was a big mis-understanding and it was all a big mistake and they took the background down.
