Flash Player 10.1 coming to Motorola Droid
For those of you with a Motorola Droid, you’re probably anxiously waiting for the release of the Flash Player 10.1. Motorola Announced on January 6, 2010, that the Flash Player will be released soon. This is an awesome step for mobile browsing to not have limitations anymore on what content can be accessed by a smartphone. I love this idea of actually being able to surf the web and view Flash websites and components.
You can view some info right from Adobe http://blogs.adobe.com/flashplatform/2010/01/flash_player_101_coming_to_mot.html of Flash Payer 10.1.
You can watch this video of Flash Player 10.1 on Motorola Droid

iT’S MARCH 18TH NOW-WHEN IS THE RELEASE??????????
I have no idea when it’s going to be released. I can’t seem to find any info on that. I’m beginning to wonder if Adobe is actually going to release Flash for the Motor Droid. It would be nice to see something soon, we’ll see.
Well, so far, your best bet for Flash for the Droid is to get the new HTC Incredible – http://phones.verizonwireless.com/htc/incredible/ or wait for the new Droid X Extreme – http://www.technosome.com/verizon-motorola-droid-x-smartphone-review-specs-release-date-demo-video.htm. It doesn’t look like the update the android platform 2.2 will happen for my Droid. If anyone knows anything, let me know. I’m not buying a new Droid for a while, so I guess I’ll have to suffer with no Flash Player on it.
