I am dedicated to providing you with quality, original designs at an affordable price. When you choose me as your designer, you are choosing unique, original designs. I've designed and coded many sites. You will also get attention to detail, excellent customer service and the tools to help you start your online business off the right way. I only use professional software and most all of the graphics I create are vector based (my favorite style).
I don't create full Flash web sites, for web accessibility reasons. I can however add Flash elements that keep your site user-friendly. Ask about a Flash Photo Gallery to show of your featured or best selling products.
I also test your design in a variety of different browsers like current versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Navigator, Sea Monkey, Opera, Galeon, Flock, K-Meleon, Iceape, GranParadiso and BonEcho (Window, Linux, Mac OS and BSD). I have no guarantees on how your template will look in outdated browsers.

Can I use your templates with any host or shopping cart? TOP
You must use one of the Compatible Hosts/Shopping Carts to receive installation with your design purchase. Some templates are CSS based and may not be compatible with all hosting companies. SBD is not responsible for the functionality of the the template purchased if it is used with a hosting company other than our Compatible Hosts/Shopping Carts.
How do I set up my store administration? TOP
Your hosting company should have tutorials set up for you and there are also step by step instructions to follow right in your store administration. For some extra help though, check out the Knowledgebase.
How do I pay? TOP
Check out securely with your Credit Card or Paypal (we do not accept e-checks).
Payment For SBD's web site products, templates, banners, etc. are due in full before any project is started or order can be delivered. No design will be implemented unless payment is received in full. For custom projects under $300, entire payment is due up front, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Do you make Flash headers or Flash intro pages? TOP
No. I do however make splash intro pages without flash animation.
Premade web template FAQ's TOP
Installation is done in store administration and via cpanel and only installation of purchased design is included in purchase price. No other setups are included. Your premade template will be uploaded to your templates folder in your cpanel so it's available in the template drop down link in your store administration for ease of use.
The Client must provide SBD with store admin password for installation (password associated with www*yoursitename*com/store admin) as well as cpanel username and password. SBD will notify client upon completion of installation. Project is considered complete when uploaded and installed by SBD. Any changes to graphics or headers by the Client once installation is complete are subject to additional fees at a rate determined by SBD.
What can I do with my purchase? TOP
- When you make a purchase, you are agreeing to display our work ONLY and all credit links must stay in tact.
- You may not alter any graphics or code in any way.
- You may not change, alter, re-size, recolor or use portions of the design (template) sold. It must be displayed exactly as sold to you.
- You may not resell, duplicate, disassemble and claim any of SBD's designs or code as your own.
- You may not resell, duplicate, change disassemble any graphics used in SBD's design and claim them as their own.
- You may not use your purchased design for anything other than it's intended purpose (ex. using a premade e-commerce template design for a blog or auction template)You may not print any graphics or designs unless a template has been purchased for that specific reason. There are no exceptions.
Sweet Boutique Design is not responsible for any changes that are made by a client or third party to any templates or custom designs. Any repairs to any designs are charged at $40.00 per hour.
If the client is found in violation of any of these terms and/or altering codes and images, any images hosted by us, will be removed and if SBD deems necessary, legal action will be taken.
Where do your graphics and backgrounds come from? TOP
All graphics for premade templates and custom designs are made by me, Stephanie Fredrickson.
If a stock image is requested for a custom design, I use the sources listed below.
What is Mal's? TOP
Mal's http://mals-e.com is a free shopping cart used in conjunction with Merchant Moms, Pappa Shop and other hosting companies. Mal's is used to control payments, shipping and provides a secure server for credit card. Mal's also offers a premium version for those who require extra features such as Pay Pal Pro or other merchant payment processors.

For any Custom Design, contact me about your current hosting company. You don't need a shopping cart for an informational site or brochure site. Custom Web Site Designs can be made for any compatible hosting company as well as any Cpanel based site. Installation of CMS such as Expression Engine, Type Pad, and other similar scripts vary based on individual server requirements.

What is your refund/cancellation policy? TOP
Cancellation
SBD does not give refunds, All Sales are Final. SBD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any project, at anytime, without giving reason. Once work has begun on your site, a lot of planning and hours have already been put into the creation and development. If for any reason the Client decides to terminate this agreement, written notice must be given either through electronic or postal mail. The Clients project will suspend at such time and no remaining balance will be due on design work. There will be no refund for any past balance paid before the termination notification was received.
*Refunds may be given if the work is terminated by SBD and SBD reserves this right of termination at any instance. Please refer to "Terms of Use"

daily basis. Information that's tracked by your visit includes but is
not limited to the date, time visit length, page views, country, state,
city, how you enter the site, how you exit the site, your browser

What happens if I mess up my template code after purchase? TOP
Don't worry. When you purchase a premade template or custom design (compatible host only), your template is uploaded into your templates folder in your store administration and is in your drop down menu. You can easily select the template and update your site.
